Nestle: Different perspectives on the evidence base

Abstract

I commend the authors of this article for your bravery in tackling this issue. You did well to point out that it is hard not to be impressed when you have been flown to Switzerland on an all expenses paid trip. Have you ever arrived at a friend's house for a drink wearing your gardening clothes only to find everyone else in smart casual? It is very hard to have confidence in your own self when you feel small and under dressed as you clearly found your selves at the Nestle headquarters.
