Abstract

The nephrotoxicity potential and differences of three different contrast media, a high osmolar ionic (Diatrizoate), a low osmolar ionic (Ioxaglate) and a low osmolar non-ionic (Iohexol) after intravenous administration in 84 non-diabetic patients with normal renal function (26 female, 58 male) submitted to digital vascular imaging, were investigated.
