Abstract
Nemoc z kociciho skrabnuti je onemocněni nejcastěji způsobene Gram‑negativni bakterii Bartonella henselae. U imunokompetentnich pacientů se větsinou jedna o klinicky mirně probihajici, lokalni, zanětlive postiženi kůže s regionalni lymfadenopatii. U starsich, oslabených ci imunokompromitovaných pacientů může mit atypický klinický obraz i průběh. Popis takoveho připadu je předmětem předkladaneho sděleni.
