Abstract
The Nellix device (Endologix, Irvine, CA) provides a unique method of excluding and sealing abdominal aortic aneursyms (AAA) using a polymer-filled endobag surrounding dual aorto-iliac stent grafts. With this new technology comes hypothetical benefits in preventing endoleaks but also comes new potential failure modes. The Instructions For Use (IFU) was updated September 2017 with changes in aneurysm neck size and length, iliac landing zone diameter and length, and the ratio of maximum aneurysm diameter to the maximum flow lumen diameter.
