Abstract

Background: Recent evidence has shown that comorbid renal insufficiency and anaemia in chronic heart failure were associated with poor prognosis. Although beta-blocker therapy has been widely accepted for the treatment of heart failure, effect of cardio-renal anaemia syndrome (CRAS) on beta-blocker tolerance has not been well documented.
