Abstract
Brain necrosis is a known complication of radiation therapy in children with medulloblastoma and similarly treated CNS embryonal tumors including supratentorial primitive neuroectodermal and atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor. We reviewed the incidence of brain necrosis from our institutional series to determine factors associated with this potentially devastating complication.
