Abstract

Dear Editor, An artery bridging the intracranial bilateral vertebral arteries (VAs) includes the origin of the anterior spinal artery (ASA) and rarely includes vertebrobasilar fenestration. We present an unusual case of subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) from rupture of an aneurysm that had developed at the aberrant bridging artery between the intracranial VAs that could not be categorized under known anatomical structures.
