Abstract

Mental health organizations in Nebraska look to be among the entities in the state that will feel the pinch from an effort to retrieve unspent funds in the state budget. Nebraska Gov. Jim Pillen this month signed a budget adjustments bill that removes $15 million in state behavioral health aid.
