Abstract

The critical behavior of antiskyrmion material Mn2Rh0.95Ir0.05Sn was systematically investigated by bulk DC magnetization method around the paramagnetic to ferromagnetic phase transition. We obtain critical exponents of β=0.478±0.008,γ=1.141±0.003, and δ=3.401±0.019, with Curie temperature TC ∼265.6 K via various methods, including modified Arrott plot, Kouvel-Fisher plot, and critical isotherm methods. The critical exponents are self-consistent and verified by Widom scaling relation, indicating a near Landau mean-field behavior occurring in Mn2Rh0.95Ir0.05Sn. With these critical exponents, the curves of reduced magnetization versus reduced magnetic field collapse into two bunches around TC, confirming the reliability of the obtained critical exponents. Additionally, the magnetic exchange interaction in Mn2Rh0.95Ir0.05Sn decays slowly.
