Near field communication (NFC), also known as mobile contactless payment whereby consumers are allowed to made payment by tapping their mobile phones at the NFC-enabled device. However, the adoption of mobile payment is relatively low in Malaysia. A total of 303 valid data are analysed and evaluated using the partial least square - structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Findings revealed that the significance of mobile ease of use (MEU), mobile usefulness (MU), mobile innovativeness information technology (MIIT) and Number of Peers (NP) towards Intention to Adopt (IA). Respectively, MIIT is found to have a positive relationship with MEU and MU. Moreover, it is stated that MU has a positive relationship with MEU and that Triability (TR) is proven to have a positive connection with MU. Finding of this study is believed to have contributed in the context of both theoretically and practically which could act as a guideline for future studies.
