Abstract

AbstractThis article suggests that culturally appropriate conflict resolution education in cross‐cultural settings can best be achieved through a dialogical approach to education. The article briefly summarizes the discussion about the connection between culture and conflict resolution and presents the two mainstream approaches to conflict resolution training: the prescriptive and the elicitive approach.
