The study delves into the causes and manifestations of stress, emphasizing the intense competition, heavy workloads, high expectations, and transition challenges faced by students. The essay also highlights the physical and mental health consequences of academic stress, including its impact on social interactions and academic performance. In addressing these challenges, the essay proposes solutions such as promoting mental health awareness, balancing workloads, encouraging a healthy work-life balance, and building a supportive academic environment.
