Abstract
Mr. Qiang Cheng is currently a fifth-year graduate student in the research group of Prof. Shu-Li You at Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry (SIOC), Chinese Academy of Sciences. He was born in Anhui Province and obtained his BSc degree in chemistry from Sichuan University in 2013. He then moved to the SIOC to pursue a PhD degree under the supervision of Prof. Shu-Li You. His research focuses on developing new types of catalytic asymmetric dearomatization (CADA) reactions for the construction of interesting chemical scaffolds and the synthesis of functional molecules.
