Grundy, associate professor of political science at Western Reserve University, has been interested in the policies and problems of the emerging states for some time, and is now teaching in Kampala, Uganda. He is coauthor of African Socialism (Stanford: Stanford University Press, 1964), and has written many articles on African politics, ideologies and international relations.
