Abstract
This country report of the Netherlands deals with the questions that are raised in the FIDE Questionnaire - Topic 3: “The new Services Directive - hopes and expectations from the angle of a (further) completion of the Internal Market”. In this report we will give the Dutch view and experiences on a number of issues from a more academic ‘helicopter-view’ perspective. Nonetheless, since some of the authors of this report were closely involved in the Dutch screening process, also an insight view is given
