Abstract

The National Polar Radio Science Consortium (NPRSC) was established in 1991 to represent the radio science community's interest in the High‐Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). The HAARP project is cosponsored by the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and the Air Force Philips Laboratory (AFPL). The primary goal of this consortium is to ensure maximum participation and maximum usability of the HAARP instrument by the scientific community.
