Abstract
In this paper, we have grown a large NaSr3Be3B3O9F4 (NSBBF) crystal with a top-seeded solution method and generated a continuous-wave (cw) laser radiation at 266 nm with a Brewster-cut NSBBF. With a high-power cw 532 nm and a frequency doubling stage, up to 120 mW cw UV laser was generated at 266 nm. A high stability at 50 mW was obtained more than 10 h. This cw UV laser source is applicable for self-calibrating solar irradiators.
