Nasopalatine duct cyst arised from embryologic epithelial remnants of nasopalatine duct is the most common non-odontogenic developmental cyst in the oral cavity. It is generally asymptomatic unless infected and is usually diagnosed as radiolucent area with irregular borders between the roots of the upper central examination.
