Abstract
Nasal polyps (NP) in Chronic rhinosinusitis with NP (CRSwNP) have an increased number of antibody secreting cells (ASCs) that produce autoantibodies against DNA and other self-antigens. Elevated tissue anti-dsDNA IgG levels are prospectively associated with recurrent NP after ESS, but the molecular characteristics of the source ASCs are unknown.
