Abstract
Schwannoma is a benign tumour of nerve sheath origin. Schwannomas of the head and neck region are uncommon with nasal tumours being particularly rare. We report the first case described in the literature of a schwannoma presenting as a mass in the nasal collumella in a child along with a review of previous cases and the current literature. Surgical management is the mainstay of treatment.
