Abstract

Background: Few therapies are effective for preventing cluster headache. Naratriptan, a 5-hydroxytryptamine1B/D (5-HT1B/D)-agonist, appears effective as a pharmacotherapy for migraine. There have been few reports whether naratriptan could reduce the frequency of cluster headache attacks.
