Nanopore and Nanobushing Arrays from ABC Triblock Thin Films Containing Two Etchable Blocks

Abstract

We describe the preparation of polystyrene−polyisoprene−polylactide and polyisoprene−polystyrene−polylactide ABC triblock terpolymer thin films followed by removal of one or both sacrificial components (i.e., polylactide and polyisoprene) to give large area arrays of nanopores and more complex “nanobushing” structures, respectively.
