Nanogold in ancient limestone and dolomite of the Oktyabr’skoe ore field (Priamurye)

Abstract

692 The Oktyabr’skoe ore field (Priamurye) is located on the Precambrian protuberance of the basement. The Precambrian formations (Pt3 ?) occur as an extended band with a length of many kilometers, width of 2–4 km, and NW orientation and are retained as xenoliths in intrusions of Early Paleozoic granites. The upper horizons of the ancient series are composed of dolomite, limestone, and schist intruded by multi age Paleozoic and Mesozoic granitoids, ultrabasic rocks, and numerous dykes of Cretaceous age. Skarns and hornfels are registered in the exocontacts of intru sions. The zones of quartz metasomatic rocks are more abundant.
