To the Editor .— Thousands of video cameras were purchased last week in Israel after a shocking child abuse case hit the headlines. A surveillance camera in a household living room exposed a nanny abusing 7-month-old twins. The parents noticed behavior changes in 1 of the twins, and the recording divulged the horror.
