received less than 100 U total dose of the drug. In this preliminary study we observed that asymptomatic patients treated with bleomycin have abnormalities in their nailfold microcirculation. More prospective studies are necessary to evaluate the sensitivity, specificity, and predictive value of this technique in the study of the vascular damage induced by bleomycin and its correlation with the clinical manifestations.
