Abstract

In this paper, the bilinear form of the Boussinesq equation is investigated by using the Hirota bilinear method, which can be used to describe the nonlinear dynamic behaviour in physics. Based on the presented bilinear form, the N-solitons solution and lump solution are obtained. In order to better understand the dynamic behaviour of the soliton solution and lump solution of the equation, some graphical analyses are carried out with the help of Maple. In addition, we select two kinds of test functions and establish some new interactive solutions. Solitons, lumps and interaction solutions are illustrated by 3D plots, density plots and contour plots.
