N Alkylation of Tosylamides Using Esters as Primary and Tertiary Alkyl Sources: Mediated by Hydrosilanes Activated by a Ruthenium Catalyst

Abstract

The selective introductions of both primary and tertiary alkyl groups to tosylamides are achieved by simply changing the hydrosilane and the alkyl ester group.
