Abstract
3-Aminophenylboronic aicd (3-APBA) was employed as a monomer to prepare a molecularly imprinted polymer film (MIF) for hemoglobin (Hb) sensing by chemical deposition on a 2-amino-3-mercaptopropanoicacid thioserine modified surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor chip. The best concentration of Hb during the polymerization process was obtained, and the surface morphology and thickness of the MIF were characterized by atomic force microscope (AFM). The ideal condition for Hb rebinding was obtained and results indicated that the MIF exhibited a good adsorption and high sensitivity of Hb with a detection limit of 0.005 mg/mL. The MIF showed a good selectivity and stability toward Hb, and the adsorption of Hb was superior to that of bovine serum albumin, lysozyme and ovalbumin. Hb rebinding processes were carried out in urine samples and results showed that the MIF kept a good adsorption in a relatively complex environment.
