Abstract
注腸X線検査100例の腸管をトレースし,S状結腸,S状結腸下行結腸接合部(以下SDJと略),下行結腸,左結腸曲,横行結腸,右結腸曲,盲腸の位置に従って分類し,さらにS状結腸を大棒らの分類に従って1～V型に分け,直腸S状結腸接合部(以下RSJと略)2点,S状結腸I～V型3点,SDJ高度屈曲3点,下行結腸固定不良2点,左結腸曲ループ形成3点,横行結腸下垂または形態変化2点,高度下垂+1点,右結腸曲ループ形成または横行結腸が腸骨稜の高さから直線的に上行し鋭角的に上行結腸に移行するもの3点,盲腸が中腸骨窩より低位1点,合計20点となるよう配点した.その結果は,1型55%・(9.16±3.04),II型13%(10.39±3.18),III型17%(8.29-3.06),IV型5%(10.00±3.67),V型10%(13.70±2.71)であった,()内は難易度で,100例の平均は9.67±3.34であった.
