Abstract
�he article is devoted to a problem of vocational training of future experts of teachers and speech pathologists in modern conditions of education where as the priority direction the strategic line of realization of competence-based approach in vocational training of speech teachers and orientation to polyfunctionality of his activity directed on overcoming of speech frustration at children with the limited opportunities of health acts. On the basis of the analysis of the factors characterizing modern system of vocational education in a certain degree the signifi cant professional competences of the teachers and speech pathologists necessary for successful professional activity, as at the theoretical, and practical levels in work with the children having various violations in development are marked out.
