Abstract
低出力レーザーの整形外科における応用は各種疾患の疼痛のコントロール, 慢性関節リウマチを中心とした関節炎のコントロールなどに行われている.レーザーのRAの関節炎のコントロールのメカニズムの解明のために実験モデルであるラットのアジュバント関節炎を作製し, Nd-YAGレーザーを照射した. Nd-YAGレーザー照射によりアジュバント関節炎はコントロールされ, 関節炎のH・E染色およびIa抗原,T4,T8、 抗原による免疫組織学的検討でも効果は実証された. RAの手術時採取された滑膜もNd-YAGレーザー照射によりIL-Iを中心としたサイトカイン放出の抑制が起こった. RAの関節炎にNd-YAGレーザーを照射すると皮下の血流量の著明な増加を認め, 症状も改善した,各種の疼痛性疾患に対する半導体レーザー照射のタブルブラインド方式による評価では, レーザー照射は非照射に比べ, 疼痛性疾患をよりよくコントロールしていた.
