Abstract
腹腔鏡下での卵巣嚢腫の摘出は比較的手技が容易であるにもかかわらず，腹腔外への搬出が困難となる場合が多く，特に卵巣皮様嚢腫に関しては苦慮することが多い印象が見受けられる。当院では，7～10cm程度の卵巣嚢腫に対して，腹腔内で回収後に臍部12mmトロッカーからの搬出法に関して検討したので報告する。
