Abstract
Objective: To study the application effect of the quality control circle on health education in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: First set up quality management circle. Analyze the reason that influences health education level in elderly patients with diabetes, formulate relevant countermeasures and implementation, and compare the situation before and after the implementation of quality control circle. Results: The observation group of patients with diabetes related knowledge and skills, the satisfaction rate of nursing work is higher than the control group ( P < 0.05). Conclusion: The quality control circle activities for health education of the elderly diabetes patients were significant, but also improved the quality circle member of the team spirit and management ability.
