Abstract
Effects of external stimuli (ultrasonic treatment and ozone exposure) on mixed culture of micro-organisms (Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Bacillus subtills) were evaluated in order to obtain the incubation condition for a selective culture of micro-organisms. As the results, 43kHz of ultrasonic treatment and ozone exposure were effective on the selective sterilization of S. cerevisiae and B. subtilis, respectively.
