Abstract
アズキ熱水抽出物からヒト胃ガン細胞KATO III細胞の増殖を抑制する物質を単離した. 本物質をFT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, DEPT, COSY, NOE, HSQC, HMBC, ESI-MS, APCI-MSにより構造解析したところ, 新規セスキテルペノイド配糖体であったことから, Vignosideと命名した. Vignosideは低濃度ではヒト胃ガン細胞KATO III細胞の増殖を抑制しないが, 750μMでは約60%の増殖抑制効果を示した. その増殖抑制機構はアポトーシスによるものではないことが判った.
