Abstract
品種育成において, 交配親を選定する際に遺伝的背景を把握しておくことは, 育種の効率化のために有効である. そこで, 関東周辺地域のムギ類品種を用い, 交配記録の系譜から統計的に近縁係数を算出した. 次にこれらの品種間でRAPD分析による同一のバンドを示すDNAマーカー数と根井の遺伝的距離Dを算出した. 同一のマーカー数と近縁係数の間の相関係数はコムギで0.581～0.904, オオムギでは0.731～0.805であった. 遺伝的距離と近縁係数の間の相関係数はコムギで-0.511～-0.892, オオムギでは-0.659～-0.770であった. このことは, コムギ, オオムギにおいて今回の分子マーカーから得た遺伝情報は, 育成の過程で後代にほぼ均等に分離していったことを示すと考えられた. 遺伝情報を利用したDNAマーカーおよび近縁係数による簡易な血縁関係の推定は利用価値が高いと考えられる. なお, 同一マーカー数と遺伝的距離の相関係数は極めて高かった. 遺伝的な多様性の維持を意識しながら品種育成するためにもこれらの情報の有効利用が必要と考えられた.
