Abstract

The amount of elderly housing with support services, first implemented in 2011, has been increasing. Unlike rental fees for general housing, which are highly correlated with roadside land values, rental fees for elderly housing with support services are less correlated with roadside land values. They are, however, affected by various location factors. The purpose of this study is to clarify the diverse location factors, including surrounding rent markets, based on the results of previous studies on rental housing. In addition, factors, including location and rent, considered by the elderly when choosing housing that provides support services will also be examined.
