Abstract
【目的】進行期・末期変形性股関節症の関節包内に骨化片が存在する症例に対するキアリ手術の有用性を検討した．【対象と方法】2年以上経過を追跡した22例23股を対象とした．手術時年齢は34～59歳（平均50歳），術前病期は進行期2股，末期21股であった．成績の判定は，除痛に成功したかどうかという点に焦点を絞って検討を行った．【結果】除痛に成功したのは，23股中20股（成功率87％）であった．【考察】関節包内に骨化片が存在する症例は50歳代でも，キアリ手術の成功率が高いと考える．
