Abstract
豚肝から脂肪酸脱水素酵素を抽出してアポ酵素を作り,これにco-factorとしてCo-enzyme I, FAD,アデニール酸及びヒポキサンチンを添加してメチレン青の脱色力を見た.その結果 1) Co-enzyme Iは脂肪酸脱水素系には関与しない. 2) FAD,アデニール酸及びヒポキサンチンは共に助酵素と考えられるが,その作用条件は違う.すなわち a) FADは単独でも働くがATP,フマール酸があると強くなる. b) アデニール酸はフマール酸が無いと脱色が非常に遅れる. c) ヒポキサンチンは単独で強く働き, ATPもフマール酸も必要としない.
