Abstract

This article takes the experimental teaching of food biochemistry as an example to explore the practical research of cultivating applied talents in universities. Through the analysis and evaluation of traditional experimental teaching, a series of reform measures have been proposed, including optimizing experimental content, diversifying experimental teaching methods, and establishing a comprehensive evaluation system. Through practical research, we have found that these reform measures can effectively improve students' practical and innovative abilities, promote the improvement of students' comprehensive quality, and provide useful reference and reference for the cultivation of applied talents in universities.
