Abstract
カテーテル治療が全盛期である現代では，心臓外科に求められるものは，カテーテル治療の“後ろ盾”としての存在，低侵襲手術，ハートチームの構築である．近年では，ハートチームなくしては，新しいカテーテル治療も導入ができない．これからは，心疾患治療法の選択は，ハートチームで決定していく症例が多くなり，一般化するであろう．最先端治療を担う病院では，ハートチームの構築が必要とされている．
