Abstract

目的:对主管护师主导的护理查房在护士分层次培训中的临床应用效果进行分析和探讨。方法:选择我院住院部2014年1月~2016年1月期间收治的234例住院患者为研究对象,我院于2015年1月起开始实施主管护师主导的护理查房模式,将此时间段以前收治的患者作为对照组,此时间段以后收治的患者的作为观察组,比较两组患者的护理查房效果以及相应责任护士的护理考核成绩。结果:相较于对照组,观察组患者查房效果评价量表得分更高[(95.3 ± 2.7)分vs (74.1 ± 3.8)分,P < 0.05],责任护士考核成绩更优[(98.1 ± 1.2)分vs (89.3 ± 2.7)分,P < 0.05];此外,观察组患者及家属护理总满意率显著高于对照组患者(96.58% vs 79.49%, P < 0.05)。结论:主管护师主导的护理查房在护士分层次培训中有着突出的临床应用效果,不仅可有效提升各层次护士的综合能力,同时还可改善患者及家属护理满意度,推荐使用。 Objective: To analyze and discuss the clinical application effect of nursing rounds in multi-level training. Method: The inpatients from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the subjects. Our hospital began in January 2015 to implement the nursing rounds mode dominated by supervisor nurse. Patients treated before these periods were used as control group, and after the period, the patients were selected as observation group. The effect of nursing ward rounds and the nursing assessment results of the corresponding nurses were compared between the two groups. Result: Compared with the control group, the observation group had a higher score on the ward round effect evaluation scale [(95.3 ± 2.7) vs (74.1 ± 3.8), P < 0.05]. The examination result of the responsibility nurse is better [(98.1 ± 1.2) vs (89.3 ± 2.7), P < 0.05]. In addition, the total satisfaction rate of the patients and their relatives in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (96.58%, vs, 79.49%, P < 0.05). Conclusion: There is a prominent clinical application effect of nursing rounds dominated by supervisor nurse in hierarchical training, which not only can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of nurses at all levels, but also can improve the satisfaction of patients and their families. It is recommended to be used.
