Abstract
〔目的〕幻肢痛はその性質により病態が異なることが示唆されている．今回，異なる幻肢痛を呈した2症例に対して，幻肢痛の性質に応じて異なる介入を行った結果を報告する．〔対象と方法〕対象は下腿切断により自己受容感覚に関連する幻肢痛を呈した症例Aと上腕切断により皮膚受容感覚に関連する幻肢痛を呈した症例Bである．症例AにはMirror Therapyと幻肢の随意運動介入にて幻肢痛のコントロールを図り，症例Bには断端への感覚識別課題にて幻肢そのものの消失を図った．〔結果〕症例Aは幻肢の随意運動の獲得に伴い幻肢痛は消失した．症例Bは断端の感覚機能の改善に伴い幻肢の型が変化し，幻肢痛は消失した．〔結語〕今回の症例においては，幻肢痛の性質に応じて異なる介入を実施したことで，良好な結果が得られたと考える．
