Abstract
乳児における期待心拍反応の発達過程を検討した.検討1では, 4名の乳児を対象として, 4, 6, 8ヵ月において, 母親が顔と人形を用いてイナイイナイバー遊びを行った.検討2では, 1名の乳児を対象として検討1と同条件において0ヵ月から9ヵ月まで, 各月齢の心拍反応と行動反応を縦断的に測定した.「イナイイナイ」をS1, 「バー」をS2として, S1呈示時点を基準とした平均心拍曲線を算出した.0ヵ月から2ヵ月では加速反応が示され, 防御・驚愕反応の生起が示された.3ヵ月から5ヵ月では, S2呈示後有意な減速反応が生じ, S2に対する定位反応が示された.6ヵ月以降, 体動の生起率は大きく減少し, S1呈示後生起した減速反応がS2呈示時点まで持続し, 期待減速反応が生起した.本結果より, 生後6ヵ月において, 刺激随伴関係の認知が発達し, 期待減速反応が生じることが考えられた.
