Abstract

A novel chemical reaction of sodium tetraphosphate(TPP) with [2-(diethylamino)ethyl]dextran hydrochloride(EA), poly(aluminiuin chloride) (PAC), orTpoly(ironapsulfate) (PFS)and with a mixture of PAC and PFS have been studied. White materials were obtained in TPP-EA system, whereas white powdery materials were obtained in other systems consisting of inorganic and inorganic materials Macromolecular complexes(MC) prepared from inorganic and in organic materials were more insoluble than that from inorganic and organic materials. Phase diagrams in three-component system NaBr/acetone/H20 were attained for MC prepared in the TPP-EA system at pH 1.0 and 3.0, but were not attained in the other reaction systems.
