中医治疗雄激素性脱发的临床研究进展

Abstract

雄激素性脱发是临床上最常见的脱发类型。表现为前头及前顶部的毛发稀疏变细的渐进性脱发。继而形成高麓，为雄激素的常袭色体显性遗传性多变性疾病。中医药治疗有明显的优势。本文分别从其辩证论泊、经验专方、外治法、针灸疗法等方面就近5年来的治疗进展加以综述。 AGA is the most common alopecia in clinic. It shows gradual alopecia with thinner hair on forehead and front top of the head, then to the top head, belonging to the androgen autosome’s dominant heredity polytrope disease. TCM has advantages on it. The article sums up the treatment of the disease in recent years on therapy based on syndrome differentiation, special formula, other therapy, acupuncture, etc.
