Abstract

A grid pattern laser light, a half mirror, a projection plate in front side and a projection plate in back side are used in this measurement method. The grid pattern laser light is reflected on the mirrored flat surface of a measured object. The reflected grid pattern laser light is projected on the projection plate in front side and the projection plate in back side through the half mirror. There is a vertex through two laser lines in the projected grid pattern laser light. There are two vertexes corresponding to both the projection plate in front side and the projection plate in back side. A slope of the mirrored flat surface is calculated from a laser trajectory through the two vertexes. A range of the mirrored flat surface is calculated from the calculated slope and other laser trajectories.
