Abstract

大数据时代个人信息的开发与利用,即个人信息的产品化为企业提供更多盈利机会,目前该领域的国内外研究多集中于个人信息保护,缺少个人信息开发利用过程的研究和总结。本文用扎根理论提炼出个人信息开发利用过程的10个核心范畴,构建了个人信息产品化的路径模型,并以某互联网公司的信息产品生产过程和具体产品商业化项目为例,对模型进行了实证和更深入的分析。 In the big data era, personal information development and utilization, namely personal information productization, provides enterprises with more profitable opportunities. Most research on this field focused on personal information protection, but lack of literature about personal information development and utilization process. Through grounded theory, 10 core nodes about the process were generated and further formed as the personal information productization model. Then the paper studied the information production process and a specific business project of a typical internet firm, which proved validation of the model with in-depth analysis.
