Abstract
A rare case of peroneal spastic flat foot (P. S. F. F.) associated with accessory scaphoid is reported. The patient is a 12 years old boy. His chief complaint was left foot pain.On examination, left foot had valgus deformity. The symptoms were completely relieved by removal of the accessory scaphoid.
