Abstract

本文提出一种适用于电容钳位型单相不对称三电平逆变器空间矢量脉宽调制(space vector pulse width modulation, SVPWM)方法。该方法将单相空间矢量图分为4个区间,根据伏秒平衡原理,利用区间内的两个电压矢量实现对输出参考电压矢量的合成。为了滤除输出电压中所含有的谐波,获得更接近正弦波的波形,采用的LC滤波器去滤除输出电压中含有的谐波,并给出了LC参数的设计方法。仿真结果证明,所提逆变器及其SVPWM控制方法具有良好的性能。 In this paper, the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) method was proposed for the topology of single-phase asymmetric three-level inverter. Based on the proposed method, the sin-gle-phase space vector diagram is divided into four regions, and the output reference voltage vector is synthesized by the two voltage vectors of the region according to the volt-second balance principle. In order to filter harmonic which is contained in the output voltage and create better sine wave, LC filter is widely used in the design to filter harmonic of the output voltage, and a parameter design method is developed for the inductor and capacitor designs. The good performance of the proposed inverter and SVPWM control method is demonstrated by the simulation results.
